Youth Deer Hunt

PLEASE NOTE: In an effort to give everyone a chance to go on a hunt this season, we ask parents to limit registering your child for one hunt every 30 days. 

Who can participate: This youth only deer hunt is for young men ages 7-18. 

Where: This deer hunt will be at the Friday Ranch near Uvalde, TX. Parents/guardians can drop off and pick up kids at location in San Antonio and Castroville.  Details will be provided as we get closer to the hunt

What to bring: Participants will need a current youth hunting license (available at Academy, Walmart, HEB, etc. for $7). Reaching Outdoors has all the gear needed for the outings, kids just need to bring clothes, toiletries, headlamp, sleeping bag and pillow.

A more detailed packing list will be sent out with the liability paperwork.

Cost: The cost for this outing is $75. Scholarship funds are available for those in need.
